Here I go..trying the blogging thing once again. Seems I haven't been very good at it last couple of years, but that hopefully changes now. Since it's been so long that we talked I'm going to backtrack a little & give you a view into "our year in 2011"!!!
1.} Our sweet angel - On January 3, 2011, our little girl Cecily was born weighing 7 lbs.
15 1/2 oz. She made history being the first granddaughter on Greg's side of the family. She has the most gorgeous blue eyes just like her daddy and her mommy's personality.
2.} Big Milestones - Eric turned 5!!!! He loved his Cars Cupcake cake and had a blast on the slip-n-slide with his friends. I still can't believe my little boy is not a baby anymore.
3.} Off to School We Go - Along with turning 5, of course, comes the first day of Kindergarten. Eric loves his school, is enjoying playing with new friends, and his teacher is amazing!!!! He is almost in a 1st grade reading book...wow! I am so proud of him!!!
4.} "Tin" Anniversary- Greg & I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary!! It's weird, isn't it, how sometimes it seems longer than that & other times it feels shorter. He is the love of my life and a wonderful father to our kids. Can't wait for 10 more!!!
5.} Toothless -Eric lost his 1st tooth in August, and 3 more followed closely behind (all bottom teeth). For a little while he said he had a "rectangle" in his mouth. That was until 2 new teeth started growing in!! He loved putting those teeth under his pillow for visits from the Tooth Fairy!
